Support Logic Helpdesk
The Support Logic Helpdesk is a script to provide an organized support platform for you and your clients.

Support requests can be sent by email (if the email pipe is activated) and directly through the helpdesk via "tickets", which then can be processed by the staff member.

Support Logic Helpdesk Features

  • Quick reply added to sent out emails
  • Staff signature added to sent out emails
  • SMTP support for "register" and "lost password" functions
  • Ticket email config option
  • Mail type install option
  • Index.htm in all directories to prevent directory listing
  • Email toggle for all emails sent out by the script (including pipe.php)
  • Start number selection for tickets in install.php
  • Enable/disable automatic user creation via pipe in admin config
